These dainty Swarovski Pearl Earrings were inspired by my love of old storybooks and ancient forests. The pastel colors and tiny leaves remind me of morning mists and the soft colors of Spring crocuses. I am certain that you will love wearing them as much as I enjoyed making them!

I create each pair to be lovely, yet durable.  Beneath the 8mm ‘Swarovski Elements’ Crystal Pearl is suspended an eye-catching cluster of delicate little sterling silver leaves that swing and move with each smile and nod. Perfect for an evening out, Prom or wearing to your best friends wedding!

These art nouveau-style dangle earrings are about 2.5″ (6.35cm) long, and hang from handmade French ear wires. Your  earrings will come ready for gifting in a little black box with a gold ribbon.

✤ SHIPPING OPTIONS: I ship via United States Postal Service only (FedEx and UPS are cost-prohibitive) and offer the following services:

Within the US:
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING - I use Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes.

Worldwide:
First Class Mail (estimated 2-6 weeks)
Priority Mail (estimated 1-3 weeks)
Priority Mail Express (Guaranteed within 3-5 business days)

*** Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. If you require another handling option, please let me know PRIOR TO PURCHASE, and we will see what can be worked it out.

*** Tracking information is NOT available for International First Class packages once they leave the US. International Priority parcels ARE tracked.

*** All domestic packages are tracked.

✤ IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
By law I cannot check "gift" on customs forms under any circumstances. This practice of falsifying documents is illegal and could result in prosecution. Please do not request this; thank you for your understanding.

International customers are responsible for all fees that may be imposed by their country of residence, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country. These are NOT extra postage fees, and I (the Seller) am not responsible for these fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be or if they will even be requested of the buyer. ✤ INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE: Due to the repeated occurrence of orders being lost or stolen when shipped to certain countries, I have adopted the following policy affecting ONLY these countries:

Italy
Malaysia
Mexico
Saudi Arabia

If an order is placed to be shipped to one of these countries, I will contact you and request a shipping address to a country not included on this list. If no alternate address can be provided, you have TWO CHOICES: I can cancel and fully refund the order OR I can ship the order as requested.

However, if the order shipping to one of the above countries is lost or stolen, no second order will be shipped AND no refund can be given.

✤ BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING THE CORRECT ADDRESS INFO AT TIME OF PURCHASE. I ship to the address given in MyGypsyStore.com checkout, and am not responsible for mis-keyed addresses or errors made by the buyer in checkout or the misdirection of packages due to incorrect address entries.

✤ SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING:
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. MyGypsyStore.com generates this email the moment I print the shipping label. Sometimes the US Post Office is a little behind, so please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to update the tracking information.

✤ DELIVERY DATES:
I cannot guarantee delivery dates unless you purchase a USPS Priority Mail EXPRESS upgrade. This is the only method of shipping with a guaranteed delivery date. (Even then, the USPS is not perfect, and sometimes packages are delayed or even lost. I will refund shipping fees for Express Mail if it is not delivered on time, then I'll take it outta their hides *GRIN*)

✤ LOST PACKAGES:
The USPS does not consider a domestic package to be lost until 30 days have passed. International orders are not considered to be lost until after 6 weeks have passed. If your tracking info is not updating, please contact the USPS, who can put a tracer on your package and help track it down.

*** If your package has been determined to be lost, I will replace your order after this time period. My policy for lost packages is replacement of the original order.

*** If your tracking shows delivered, but you have not received the package, please contact your local post office and ask your mail carrier where they left the package. Sometimes USPS leave packages with neighbors, under patio furniture, in garages, and even under bushes. Please also check with other members of your household to see if they have received the package BEFORE contacting me. Thank you so much!

✤ Honestly, at the time of my writing this I cannot imagine having a customer who is unhappy with one of my creations, but, well.... I know life happens. If you need to return an item to me for refund or exchange, I'm sure you'll agree that the following are reasonable and fair:

*** Please EMAIL me BEFORE shipping anything back, so I know to expect it. I will not accept a return unless I have been notified in advance.

*** Please make sure that the return shipping date is within TEN (10) DAYS of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

*** If possible, put it carefully back into the original packaging so that it comes back safely to me. It is my expectation that the item will be in the EXACT same condition when I get it back as it was when you received it.

*** After I receive your item, your refund will be through the same method that you originally used for payment.

*** EARRINGS: Post earrings may not be returned, for hygienic reasons. However, I can replace other types of ear wires and clips, so for these types of earrings, a $10.00 FEE will be deducted from the refund to cover the time, material and shipping cost of replacements.

✤ REPAIRS: I know how disappointing it is to have a favorite piece broken, and I do my best to make sure everything that leaves my studio is as perfect as I can get it. However, again, life happens. Please EMAIL me within TEN (10) DAYS to notify me of any defect that needs repairing. Thanks!

✤ RESIZING: Please try to take careful measurements before making a purchase. However, if it goes awry (and it is POSSIBLE), I will be happy to resize any piece for you, but must charge $20 for my time. Please be aware, though, that many pieces can NOT be resized; so please email me with your request. Then, if it can be resized, just ship it on back here and I'll get to it as quickly as I can. I will invoice you through PayPal for the return shipping cost and the $20.00 fee.
